Production & Indexing
Submit your proposal via the online form. Editorial triage completes within five business days. Scope, fit, and indexability are assessed at this gate.
Authors receive a template and style guide on acceptance. Formatting review takes up to three business days before peer review assignment.
Two qualified reviewers per submission. Turnaround target: 30 days. Reviewer selection criteria and decision logic are disclosed to authors on request.
Accepted manuscripts enter production within 10 days of final approval. DOI assignment and Scopus/Web of Science submission happen at proof stage.

Criteria disclosed. Reviewers qualified. Timelines kept.
Reviewers are matched by subject specialism and publication record — not availability alone. Selection logic is on file and available to authors.
Review decisions arrive with structured feedback against published criteria: novelty, methodological rigour, and contribution to the field. No anonymous pass/fail verdicts.
Target turnaround: 30 days from assignment. Authors are notified at each stage — assignment, under review, decision pending.
Full charges listed. No inquiry required.
Open access is a publication route, not a premium tier. Charges reflect actual production and indexing costs — no markup for visibility.
